A common goal for a lot of ladies is to lose belly fat. Belly fat is stubborn and the most difficult to get rid of. although it is possible to lose belly fat with a calorie deficit diet and belly fat-burning workouts.
Lets look at this 7 MINUTE WORKOUT TO LOSE BELLY FAT
Heel touchesStart by laying down with your back on the ground and your knees bent and pointed towards the ceiling. Now with your arms on your side raise your shoulders slightly off the ground. Using your abs rotate your right hand down to your right foot and then back up. Continue doing the same thing with your left hand.
Russian TwistBring your legs out straight and lean back slightly so your torso and legs form a V-like shape, now engage your core and balance the position. Next, twist your torso from side to side without moving your legs. Do 3 sets of this with 12 reps each followed by a 30-second rest.
Toe touchesStart by laying on the mat with legs long-reaching towards the ceiling. Bring head, neck, and shoulders off the mat and try to reach to the feet using your arms. Do 3 sets of this with 12 reps each followed by a 30-second rest.
Mountain climbersGet into a plank position, your hands should be about shoulder-width apart, back flat, abs engaged, and head in alignment. Now pull your right knee into your chest as far as you can and switch legs, pulling one knee out and bringing the other knee in. Do 3 sets of this with 12 reps each followed by a 30-second rest.
Bicycle crunchMy favorite has to be bicycle crunch. Lie down on your back. Place your arms behind your head, pointing your elbows outward. Bend your knees and plant your feet on the floor, hip-width apart. Engage your abs and lift your knees to 90 degrees and raise your upper body. This is your starting position. Exhale and rotate your trunk, moving your right elbow and left knee toward each other. Simultaneously straighten your right leg.
